Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you using the email provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C.
Shipping costs for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on your order total.
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Possible shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Important Notes
- We cannot guarantee USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carrier delivery timelines
- Rural areas may require additional transit time
- No refunds are provided for late deliveries caused by carrier delays
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
- Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO (military) addresses may require extended delivery times
- PO Box shipments are sent via USPS only
- Expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes or military addresses
Digital Products
Digital products are not shipped. All digital purchases are delivered electronically via email immediately after checkout.
If you do not receive your digital download, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label has been created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update your order, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control.
Next Act Nursing is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
- Incorrect addresses
- Other factors outside our control
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location
- Asking neighbors or household members
- Contacting the shipping carrier
- Waiting up to 48 hours, as some deliveries are marked complete before arrival
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review your request and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
